Casino Royale up for pre-order

Post by grim_tales »

May wait for confirmation the R2 is uncut or not - however Casino Royale is up for pre order at Play for £14.99.

Will certainly get this at some point.

I'm also waiting for confirmation any version is uncut or if the UK cut is THE cut.

You do love Play don't you :D , only a fool would pay £15.

Out on 19th March (according to DVD Times) - no word on whether the UK R2 will be uncut:

Like I said there is no word any version will be uncut.

Lets not start another "OMG I'm so shocked GE and TND weren't even more uncut" discussion ;) . I'm expecting the same cut everywhere and if we get more it will be a bonus.

You've not been a mod for some time now, stop jumping above your station :D (joke).

Where do you want it moving to? This thread seems about right.

Well it could possibly go in Mainstream, as we'd be talking about the DVD

I love this film!

I went to see it at the cinema for the third time last night & it just gets better with every viewing! I will definitely be getting the DVD & more than likely the Blu-Ray too...

IM: You have a BD Player?

I hope it gets DTS!

EDIT: That DVD Active link confirms the music video will be included.

I don't have my own at the moment (although I will be getting one soon), but we have the Panasonic DMP-BD10 at work & I'm allowed to borrow it whenever I want. :)

Cheers Eva.

Odd one of the extras is SD. I was hoping for more, even though I imagine they'll be meaty. Good to see uncompressed audio too.

Nice artwork.

Surprised they're not calling it The Ultimate Edition to fit in with the 20 they just reissued.

I'm not when that's bound to be coming later. Where's the commentary for starters? Pity we still don't know if it will have DTS.

That's really ambiguous and could mean anything, unless some prick were to put the spoiler into context (like you just did, fucking prick :D).

Lol, that's exactly what I thought too.

Death in Venice is the name of a famous Visconti film.
