Post by bradavon »

UK R2: 26th of February 2007

Check out the best cover art you've ever seen :D -

p.s - It's not even getting released theatrically in The States until the 25th of December (probably the 26th).

I bet that the R1 will probably have at least some extras.

Thank God I have watched the film at the theatre already. I went out with "I'll get the DVD!" on my mind.

My good holy god! thats one appauling cover! what world are these paid morons from, thats just a joke. The posters all over the UK for the film were wonderful and low key (probibly why it didnt exactly do great) and really that dvd cover is beyond a joke.

WTF? Only a single 8min featurette? Serious weak sauce there Universal.

AFAIK I don't think that Cuaron has done a commentary in English before, but surely he must be pretty fluent in it by now?

Thats a few months old now, it lasts for a while still mind you :D but we knew the 2 dvd version was coming, even if its crap. I am just gonna get the HD version, as really them extras are pants, I am getting sick of great films with crappy dvds.

Is only £ at cdwow for the 2 dvd version mind you, tempting.

They looked identical really apart from some exclusive HD extras which seem pants anyway (a few pictures and U controls crap) but to be honest all the extras seem shit anyway, not exactly a great dvds for extras anyway you look at it. A bunch of crappy little few minute long "Featurettes" isnt what I cann extras, its insulting.
