Lindsay Lohan as Hermione Granger from Harry Potter sketch. Very funny in a Benny Hill sort of way....

I can spot Frankie Chan, Leslie Cheung, Jacky Cheung, Sam Hui and a few others I guess.

hey,

Anita Mui, Alan Tam George Lam also in there. Didn't spot Frankie, not confusing him with Lam? :)

Most of us heard this performed by a children's choir in A Better Tomorrow. Don't know if the OST included a different arrangement or if it's been heard elsewhere before or since.

Right, Anita Mui is there in the beginning as well.

I might have mixed Frankie up with George, yes.

ha yeah! but when i saw 'crazy in the city' his english sounded alot better and clearer. then again Wasn't that made after his english debut(?) 'one last dance' maybe he got some coaching for it, and used in in 'crazy'

what happened to 'one last dance' anyway, is it still doing the festival circuit? good cast francis ng, harvey keitel and the legend that is 'Ti Lung'

It was called "One Last Dance"? Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't it have a different title? Also, I never knew that Ti Lung and Vivian Hsu were in it.

hey,

think they've settled on that title but boy does the film look promising. Doning a character that on paper has been done before, I think Francis can pull off something wonderfully charismatic and deep here. It's not an attempt to purely break internationally but if he does a little...why not? :)

Have a feeling the part will call for relatively little English dialogue anyway but his heavy accented delivery has worked wonders for the likes of Gen-X Cops. Classic, foul shit. :)

The film appears to be Singaporean so expect lots of English dialogue - since no one there speaks Cantonese.

hey,

most of the trailer was Cantonese (alt. Mandarin, don't remember) but you're right, the Singapore setting allows for a constant switch. Saw Rice Rhapsody recently where that was the case.

If you though Neo vs Robocop was cool, it is nothing compared to Robocop vs Terminator

I still have the old comic for Robocop vs Terminator, great story, and good way to plug in both of the series
