Well its a strange tale, I ordered Lost and a few other dvds a long time back, maybe 6 weeks ago! they couldnt get stock of them, so I sent them an email complaining they hadnt shipped any etc.. they then said give it 5 days and we will cancel your order if they dont come in stock. I waited and thought they would have canceled them, I was wrong and they shipped them 10 days after they said the order was to be canned, so I was peed. The same day they were shipped DDD sale was announced, go figure

There's a moral there don't expect company's to do what they say they will and politely nudge them. It's no excuse but they're busy.
You still got them early and presumably paid what you originally thought you would and if they had shipped on time you'd still (in your eyes) be £7 down so I don't what the big deal is.
You would've known when ordering at some point it would be cheaper than you were willing to pay at the time.

Hey the Miniseries is a good start and made me take note as I liked it. Then a while after I saw it they announced the full TV show and really the TV show takes it so much furtherBiscLimpkit wrote:He meant series starts...
It's nae a best of, just a miniseries... then the seasons start...
I've not heard a single negative review so my expectations are officially waaaaay up.
Still the Miniseries as an introduction to the show is great and I love these space adventures where the ships are not invincible like on Star Trek and such shows, its basically like World War 2. For 2.99 you cannot go wrong thats for sure.

It's £2.99 for the whole mini-series. The R1's superior (see dvdcompare) but considering the price of the R2, I'm not bothered - I just want to watch the series you know?
I'm afraid I can't answer the rest of the questions, as I know nothing, apart from people have been raving on about this (in the same way people raved on about Firefly).

Cheers guys. I'll go order it then, thanks Bisc.
I see cheekily the Season 1 R1 has the Mini Series but the UK R2 is a disc less and doesn't. I also see the UK got a different opening: "complete season featuring the UK different opening"
