How many hours to you usually sleep?

I wish I got more... but I get around 7hrs sleep every night (excluding weekends). As I finish work early on a Friday, I usually take a nap in the afternoon.

Just lately, my sleeping pattern has gone out the window! I've been staying up all night and sleeping in the day, or just not sleeping at all. I feel like an insomniac now, especially since I've got CFS as well.

When at home I usually dont go to bed until 01:00 - 2:00 and my dog has me up at 07:00 every morning for walkies.
5-6hrs a night on average.

Out here im getting 9-10 hours each night!! Class!!

4-6 hours, never enough so I usually collapse on Friday night and don't wake up until about 2.

I go to bed far to late, between 1-3.

But I get cranky when I get anything less than 10 full hours of sleep.

I only normally get 7-8 hours of sleep, I normally go to bed between 11pm - 12midnight.

I can't sleep very well as our house is pretty small.

depends sometimes 4, or 8 or sometime 12..i sleep badly, waking up alot during the night. i get tired easily and sleep during the afternoon often. so kinda hard to judge, just depends on how the day is.

Yeah, right. Its just our rooms are pretty close together, before my mum goes to bed she uses the shower, whoch is REALLY loud.
