After a 2.2 Million British Punds of tax money was wasted in the investigation on the two brothers, they now sue the police.

The dick who was shot has now not been prosecuted for a child porn case they had against him! they let him off as not to offend the ignorant Muslims who think the police would be picking on him further! what a joke.

Burn the piece of shit alive I say child pono peddling piece of excrement. Letting him off because they shot him is just stupid and childish. Think of the children, not some religious clause to let evil off the hook.

We do go round in pointless circles on this subject. People's particular point of view can be stated before they even start typing.

I'll just say this: it is their legal right to sue. I'd be more concerned if they won not that they're suing. Not that I have a comment either way here as I don't know enough about the case.

If they weren't allowed to sue it would go against everything we're supposed to believe in as British citizens.

p.s - Definitely one for debate though!

The unjustified shooting and child porn are seperate issues and shouldn't legally interfere with one another. If it's proved in court that the shooting was unjust the brothers should be successful in their litigation. Just as they should be charged with illegal image offences if the evidence is there. Obviously it was felt by the CPS that there wasn't enough real proof to bring charges. The benefits fraud is still under investigation. I just hope whatever happens their religion doesn't come into play one way or another.

Errr it was stated that the reason the chold porn case was dropped was becuase of the shooting, they are already linked and dropped becuause of what the family went thru. Its a joke letting them off because he was shot. Seperate or not these guys are scumlords and dont desrve to be on the streets at all, in a grave is more like it, like anyone who does anything to do with child porn.

I couldnt give a shit if they are Muslims or muppets, they are still scummy twats from the sound of it thats for sure, and scum should not be allowed to take anyone to court.

The thing is what many people are not ready to realise is that their guilt was not proven in court. And what happens in a democracy if your guilt cannot be proven? LOL, if they shot them in the face, they'd become exactly what they are seeing in extremist Muslims.

Correct LD, we don't know the child porn case is true. Innocent until proven guilty I think. And even if it was, it doesn't cancel out wrongful arrest and getting shot.

As horrible as child porn is... it still doesn't justify 250 armed officers raiding your house and putting an almost fatal bullet in you (as much as Romero would like to think so).
