Looks uninteresting (to me)
Discovery had a simular kinda documentary a while back, where they also talked about Extreme Martial Arts...

Personally, I'm way more interested in the background of martial arts, in training regiments, etc etc. always liked those old documentaries you used to have on Discovery and National geographic about The Shaolin Monks, Ninja's, Taekwondo, Capouira, etc etc...

But this kinda stuff, with some pretention american martial arts acrobats who shout and pull angry ugly faces the whole time and talk of hidden power withing and spiritual crap like that... I couldnt care less.
They've all been watching too many Don the dragon Wilson movies, and think it also applies in their own training regiment...

actually it was pretty interesting, not all the spiritual stuff, rather science proving things deemed as "legends" or "myths" E.G. the ninja's one punch kill, knockout in boxing, the speed of kung fu. like the fact you should aim to strike as fast as a snake...kung fu strikes atleast 8 times faster...the effectivness of weapons. how each have their own weaknessess and strengths...

it was like the discovery channel in terms of anuimations, but much much more detailed in terms, of power, strength, speed, agility etc etc..

The one with white guys in kung fu costumes, computeranimations in slow-mo, and a lot of yankees shouting!? Right!?

Aw fuck it, I'll download it (if I can find it) and give it a try. If everyone says it's cool, then I must be the one that's wrong in this one, isolated case, right!? :)
