I actually prefer SITES over Drunken Master because of the quality of the story - quite moving in places - and the great soundtrack.
My favourite Jackie film is The Young Master

I actually do like the 70's soundtrack of SITES - Magic Fly (Space) and the Jean Michael Jarre music work surprisingly well

According to Linn (Linn1) from a post on DVD Talk, Dragon Dynasty aren't releasing DM II?

bradavon wrote: Two be fair my opinion that Rush Hour is a better film than DM2 is as valid as the status quo saying the opposite. That's mainly why I bring it up tbh. It definitely has a better script and story, for starters.
Oh I can't ignore this problem of yours for any longer.
FFS LEARN the proper usage of two, too and to.
Anyway Genre film fans often appreciate a film for it's parts rather than the sum of the whole. Eg A lot of these martial arts films are held in high regard for their fight set-pieces/choreography, not for their story, characters, etc. Take these Bruce Lee movies, The Big Boss and Fist of Fury had lousy plots and mediocre direction (Lo Wei was a "Brett Ratner"), but had awesome fight set-pieces (well in the case of TBB, the fights involving Bruce - the other fights were meh). More good example are the Tony Jaa movies.

Well someone has to release Drunken Master 2 one day with a good dvd (with english subs). I dont think the films as good as most poeple do, but its good and has solid impressive action. I think its better than Fist of Legend as hell they ruined that with doubles every second shot

Disney kept the rights to Drunken Master 2. There's a CHANCE of a new release of it next year.

Cheers Linn.
There are no other users registered called LINN or similar, give me an idea and I can probably change the password for you?
All they need to do is release it uncut and with the original language, the DVD already has English subs and a great PQ.

Just thought I'd post it in this thread, too as there are people who are interested in reading this thread, but not the main site review announcements thread.
I reviewed the Dragon Dynasty DVD of "Kill Zone".

Thanks for the offer, but I don't even remember what my "name" was back then. I honestly thought this forum had been deleted long ago. Glad to see I was wrong!

Maybe also because they can't find it due to the new URL as it used to be bulletnbabesdvdS .com.
