Yeah, I watched it.

Groan.

Ukraine were the better side, sure, but it would've been 0-0 FT if the Swedish ref hadn't been a biased disaster.

He gave 85% of decisions against Scotland, including a free-kick (that wasn't) which led to the first goal, a ridiculous red-card (the Ukrainian dived, and the Scot wasn't even the last man), and a penatly (again for a bad dive in the box).

Check out the highlights/news coverage and you'll see what I mean.

Outrageous. We didn't deserve to win, but we didn't deserve to lose either.

Watched the highlights of the Croatia game. We (England) were crap
The Croatian keeper only made one save all game, we seemed to be missing Gerrard (maybe even Becks?) and it was obvious we were playing in an unfamilliar formation. Defence was bad and certainly at fault for the 1st goal, the 2nd was a disaster.
Now the Ginger Svcen has made his point by dropping Becks, can he do the same with Lampard?
As for Rooney, he's obviously not playing well.
I noticed the red card in the Ukraine-Scotland game. Rubbish, it was not a red card IMO. The commentator said that too.

I missed the England highlights, but saw brief news coverage; the goalkeeper's mistake (the mis-kick that let the ball go into the net) was an all-time howler. Yikes! The keeper was at fault for the first goal too (he was way off the line) yet in the post-match interview he reckoned he had a good game(?) I don't think anyone expected that score. I thought it might be a draw or something. But then I didn't think Scotland would lose either. So what do I know? Next games are in March(!)

The 2nd goal was a howler, but it wasnt really Robinson's fault, IMO. I agree about the first one, he was way off his line and couldnt get back fast enough. Though Robinson did have a good game apart from those (he made a world-class save shortly after the 2nd goal had been conceded).

Robinson is usually a pretty good keeper. Yesterday he had a bad day, with both his defence as well as the pitch letting him down.
It was great comedy though...

I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...
