So whats a post hack? I'm going to be bold and say most likely yes whatever it is

The only thing I havent been able to convert are the u2u private messages, but everything else should be converted accross (thanks to Gojensen for pointing me in the direction of the conversion script!)

additional features I added before finally falling asleep include totally ludicrous amounts of smilies, the review forum and most importantly a spoiler style bbcode so that theres now a 'hide' bbcode button when posting which works pretty well.

Im going back to bed now, the process was started at about half midnight and took just over 3 hours so i'm a lil bit sleepy. Any problems/suggestions/requests you may as well post them here, i'll check them out this evening. enjoy all

This format is way better than the old one! phpBB is one of the best pieces of forum software around, and its good to see work being made on this site!

aha, I understand now, ok i'll look into sorting a quick post hack in the next couple of days, plus check out the update for the security thingy. still not spotted this posting date anomally but I think Bradavons sent m e some screenshots for that so I'll check them out on Monday when I'm back on the computer with word

any more people can immediatly think of??

The portal hack Toge posted looks even better. It looks like a real website and not just a forum.

thats becaue the front end doesnt exist yet, this was just the first step. I wasn't planning on actually adding the front end until there was some content to fill it
