Bombings in india...

Post by Yi-Long »

...just got home from amsterdam, and noticed the breaking news in CNN that there were multiple bombings in India or something? Not sure yet what's going on, as I'm in another room right now...

Caught this on the radio. They suspect Islam militants but nobody's pointing the finger yet...

they're talking about 150-200 orso, which seems a low estimate considering there were multiple bombings and it was during peak hours...
Ofcourse hundreds more are injured.

Cant believe there were so many bombings, planned in advance, yet no-one apparently knew anything to prevent it from happening (although it's rumoured that right after the bombings there was immediately 1 arrest...)

I wonder who the terrorist group is? Personally I don't reckon it would be Al Quada I can't see what they'd have against India especially when it has a massive Muslim population.

Ofcourse, but still... when you talk about something so big, its always amazing to see how it was organised and how it went unnoticed.

It's probably not Al Quieda directly but it wouldn't surprise me if they have influenced one of the smaller Islam militant groups... maybe even help fund, plan and execute these attacks.

This is way too big to be petty gangsters but we'll see what tomorrow's news brings.
