I guess I don't who is she?the68monkey wrote:Well she's not in the screengrab there, but she is the female lead of the film. If you know your westerns, you could think about which one has a beautiful and shapely Italian actress as the lead. She's internationally famous, and looks like hers aren't commonplace. I'm guessing she'd probably be around sixty-something now?
LOL no. It costs between £150-300 depending if you go OEM or Retail and where you source it from.grim_tales wrote:Don't you Microsoft Office? Excel is a standard program in Windows, no?(As is Word).
There's no way Microsoft will ever throw Office in for FREE. You're thinking of Wordpad as far as a Word Processor goes. That's free and rubbish at that.
The majority of Windows uses have a version installed but it didn't come with Windows I know that much.
There is an Apple Mac version of Office but obviously MS don't spend as much time on it as they do the Windows version and you can get free PC software which is as good if you don't want to install Microsoft Office (Open Office for example). This can open Office documents (except I think for Access Databases) but I can't believe it's 100% compatible.

Thanks Grim. I see what Bobbi was saying there's, "something" about Italian actresses that I can't put my finger on.
"If you're not English, you're a foreigner - so you must be sexy. it's an old British cliche."

Thanks. The formatting is stupid you have to include the full stop.Tom2681 wrote:@Brad:

It's the other one.

Well, there's a rather famous Scotsman in this film, too.BiscLimpkit wrote:226?

I didn't say that. I said her looks weren't commonplace. She has to be one of the most beautiful women . . . ever. Once you've seen her in Fellini's 8 1/2, you'll never forget her.bradavon wrote:I see what Bobbi was saying there's, "something" about Italian actresses that I can't put my finger on.

It does seem to defy logic, doesn't it?Kurgan wrote:But seriously, is it grammatically correct to say 'on' and not 'over' in that context? I used to consider myself quite good at English; might need to re-assess that

Okay, so which ones next? Did anybody else have a difficult time with #66 before they realized what it was?

Okay, the 50s:Kurgan wrote:Nos. 30, 35, 36, 37, 43, 46, 49, 54, 57, 59, 61, 66 and 67 are all I'll pester you with for the moment. There's a fair few more though
#54 - Think aged apples and laws
#57 - A silent classic about a factory worker
#59 - What's that sitting in the tree?
#61 - Zoom up to 400% for this one, then look closely at the people. What do they look like?
#66 - Don't be fooled into thinking that's a tall, grown man there. In fact, it's actually just a kid.
Now, back to those earlier titles:
#30 - Same director as #16, #78, #136, #157, #172, #186, and #199
#35 - Old Blue Eyes is in the version shown here, but it was remade not too long ago.
#36 - It's NOT the one with a primate in the title. It's virtually the same stateroom scene, but re-done for a later film.
#37 - Stars a British guy who got in trouble for having a prostitute in his car while in the U.S. many years ago.
#43 - Title is somewhat similar to a song sung by three little porkers.
#46 - Can't really give any more clues than I already did.
#49 - weird film about a videotape and a new identity. One of female actresses from the film now pretends to be a psychic working for the police.

Also, for #66 (which was a MAJOR source of frustration for me!), if you'd like to see another shot from that same location that pretty much gives the film away, look here: https://www.bulletsnbabesdvd.com/forums/ ... key/66.jpg

OK, got Nos. 54, 59 and 61 with those clues
.
Your clue for No. 66 was enough for me
. Your uploaded picture was just confirmation
Unless I use imdb or something for it, I'm not gonna get No. 30. I know a fair number of the films made by the recluse, but obviously not enough
Haven't seen many of the films with the singer and cigar chomping fella, so I'm a little stuck with them.
Got #37 and #43 (good clue for that last one
), but #46 and #49 are a little beyond me at the moment...

For #35, a remake was done two years ago starring Denzel Washington.Kurgan wrote:Haven't seen many of the films with the singer

Okay:
#11 - a magical touch
#15 - the kid at the bottom is a prolific child actor who is also featured in #273
#17 - Classic film with same actor who's in #47
#24 - Grim, I'm sure you know this one. Just leave off the first part of the title and only enter the second part.
#30 - see the clues written earlier in this thread.
#265 - Spanish-language film
#269 - That's one of the greatest actors who ever lived on the left. He passed away a couple of years ago.
#270 - I had to get a clue from Kurgan for this one, and it's posted earlier in this thread. How about another screenshot with same actors: https://www.bulletsnbabesdvd.com/forums/ ... ey/270.jpg
Remember, NO TITLES! Just clues.
I'm taking off for awhile now. I'll check in later. Good luck!

Now, where were we? Oh yes:
#71 - I can't tell you that. It's of the highest security level.
#72 - Oh, come on! Have you never seen a film with that actor who got caught with a prostitute in his car?
#74 - You'll have to ask Tom about this one. I couldn't have gotten it without his help (at the beginning of this thread).
#79 - This film has the world's most incredible assassin in it.
