If it's The Road Warrior it'll no doubt still be cut.

It was confirmed that an SE of The Road Warrior is in the works from Warner; in the most recent HTF Warner Q&A session.

The BBFC have passed the uncut version in widescreen so Warners in the UK clearly have some future release planned.

According to Digital Bits the upcoming SE is going to be released on DVD and HD formats.

Doesn't say anything about being an SE.
Looks more like a budget reissue.

And who wants Beyond Thunderdome?? :?

It's not a SE, just a budget title. Warner released a heap load of R1 foolscreen double feature discs in recent months.

Yeah, I know it's not an SE, but that was the initial word.

Looks like Warners have decided to assfuck loyal DVD-buyers in favour of the HD crowd.

Cocks.
