Thanks Knetan. i recognised the old triad guy first. But I didnt recognise the movie. Only after a while did I recognise the other younger guy, so it became slightly easier. Trouble is there are so goddamn many triad movies and in a lot of them, these guys appear it seems

It's european and well known (it isnt even purely european, as it also has scenes in it outside of europe (asia and USA (I think))
