The trailer for the DVD said "for a limited time only" and this DVD isn't very stacked when you consider the LOTR DVDs (no commentary for starters).

It's not know if it's extended but could be.

Special is the word, inferior is more apt

the picture and sound are not as good as the French vdds, so for me it pointless unless its reallly cheap

and yes the Extended KONG has been confirmed many times by Jackson, so it is coming, but not until he has time to do the work. Thats why I aint going near the 2 dvd version.

Only someone silly would need sources for that info. Or you have never ever read anything Jackson has spoken about the film and dvds.

You cannot post to sources, its imposible when you read it in a magazine or on a site, do you write all the things you read down for future reference? didnt think so

Seriously Eva has a point, no one is saying you're lying but to back it up with the source is vital. Besides you said Jack has said it many times so you must be able to remember one of your sources. Personally I find it hard to believe without some kind of source, it could all be guess work otherwise.

I felt Kong was long enough too but I just know a 4 Disc SE (for example) would be lovely but if I find it to long then no worries it's the 2 Disc SE for me.

Search yourself for souces then as I read far too much to take note of where I saw it, its common knowlege all over the new dvds are coming. I could list endless things, I probibly would not be right.

Souces are not vital when its common knowlege all over the worldl that a extended dvd set is coming out.

Do you mean when you use it during check out or to claim the voucher?

If it's during check out make sure you copy/paste the code you get in your Inbox WITHOUT any spaces (it's easy to add one to the end while highlighting it).

If it's claiming the code the same kept happening to my brother until I showed him why:

Make sure you put the code in the right (I've made this mistake). Code in box 1, e-mail address in box 2.

If that doesn't work/not it close ALL your browser windows and then go back to Bullets, it will then work. The code isn't invalid I can assure you of that.

It's an issue with CD WOW in general and affects all voucher links (they are easily confused if you've been to CD WOW before during the same browser session).

I didn't realise it was one of those where you have to enter your e-mail. I thought you just put the item in the cart and then entered the code at checkout.

I clicked the link again and there's no option to enter your e-mail and code.

LOL since when do CD WOW codes look like that, that's not what the insructions in the link remotely say (try reading them).

The web page you're actually on isn't relevant.

It's the fact the CD WOW cookie/session is loaded into your web browsers memory (you'd already had a gander at CD WOW hadn't you) and the only way to clear this is to close ALL browser windows, it happens with Firefox too.

FYI if you hadn't opened CD WOW at all and gone to Bullets, DVD Times etc . . . it would've loaded fine.

It does say this in the instructions I spent time writing in the main e-tailors thread but no one bothers to read them.

Great movie. But as you said, this release has beaten into submission by the new R1 SE.

* Top Gun: SE - £2.99

This is an awesome release. Excellent transfer, ground-shaking DTS 6.1 track (one of the best I've ever heard) and superb extras produced by Charles De Laurizka (made the excellent docos for Alien Quad, Gladiator Extended 3-discer, BHD 3-discer, KoH DC 4-discer and the upcoming Blade Runner super deluxe set).

* Collateral: 1 Disc - £1.99 (Just the commentary)

Not worth bothering with, it's missing the DTS track from the R1.

* Reservoir Dogs: SE - £2.99

Might be worth getting for the extras, but the transfer has proven to be arse.

I'm toying with the idea of Top Gun but I'm not sure if it will be as good as I remember. It's very cheesy in places.
