*I could swear that LD has mentioned this movie, but I can't remember where*
I used to be "the man who loves the movies you hate".
Now I'm just "that weird french guy with a cat avatar who comes to BnB once a year for no reason and then disappears again".

I did. Maybe in that thread with Korean Films to look out for or so.

What's funny is that the trailer uses the "Requiem for a Dream"-music. But it looks totally awesome and I will be one of the first people to get this as I loved "Bichunmoo".

The running time at DVD Asian says 98 minutes which is quite unusual for a Korean film. Maybe New Line has something to do with that (Rumble in the Bronx, First Strike). Maybe the film will get a theatrical screening over here then, too.

There is no review, no illegal bootleg, no synopsis, no nothing.
The only thing I could find so far was the OST.

This looks awesome. You can never have enough period action epics or even period action flicks.

I loved Bichunmoo too.

* Surely it's not DD2.0?
* How long on averages does it take from Korean DVD to HK DVD? I should know but I don't.

* Is there any similar films like this released in the last few months I may have missed?

"The Duelist" probably. I could have seen that over a month ago, but the film is still with the customs fuckers (along with "Welcome to Dongmakgol").

Nothing. I haven't heard of them ever since. I called and they said it's still at the inspection with a maximum handling time of ten days. Well, it has been over a month now.

Can you get some kind of refund? As that's nuts they've effectively stolen your DVDs. Threaten some kind of legal action.

How do you know it won't happen again?

I don't! The funny thing is that on the phone I was told that if the DVDs' companies turn out to be illegally using the DVD-logo, they'll send me a letter asking for permission to destroy the DVDs. If I say no they'll sue me. LOL. What a joke! Fuckers.

Why would they sue you? They would never hold up in court surely. It's not even logical.

Are you worried about importing again? Surely they won't let it happen again and again???

The thing is if they destroy them you're a good few Euros out of pocket as you won't get a refund from the source company (who were they btw?).

Just let them sue you. It's a legal DVD. You might even get them to pay for damages and get a formal apology.
What a fucking bastards. Guess I wont be emigrating to germany then ;)

If you liked Bichunmoo, then buy this.
If you like fast-paced HK swordplay/wire-fu films from 1990-1994, then buy this.

Music Video.
21mb DivX - MP3.

I've tried to get rid of all the interlacing issues (and failed).
Still I think it looks Okay-ish.

Would you happen to know who did the music ?
I was wondering if it was the same guy who did Bichunmoo.
