SAGEM MYX-1 (PAYG) won't work with my contract SIM card

Yo Dudes!

Everything I've got is Vodaphone, when I boot this £20 SAGEM piece of mess up with my contract SIM in it says PAYT lock. I have no problems with the Pay As You Go SIM.

I have tried putting in the phone security number, it allows me to type but not OK/Submit the number.

Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never seen a phone better locked down than my sagem myv-55. if you go to the sagem website and spend hours searching through their french downloads section you should be able to find an unlocked operating sytem to stick on the phone. Ive never tried it though, even though Id love to get rid of the vodaphone live riddled menu system...

Thanks for trying guys, but I've just sold it for what I brought it for at work, so no damage done. I'll search for another phone somewhere!!!
