I just have to confirm that the Korean DVD will have DTS? Is it cut in any way? I just want to make sure before I order it and not the Japanese version - I want DTS!:D

I think theres another thread on the film somwhere :) but sure a Mod can melt them together to create one.

I dont think anyone knows for sure if the korean does have DTS yet.

DTS is in the Japanese version thats for sure, but its not cheap :(

but you may want to hold off as the German version is coming out in febuary and it may be 10 minutes longer, as they are advertising it as an Uncut extra gore version :) it has no DTS, but hey I would pass on DTS for extra footage thats fo sure, so I am just waiting till they are all out across the world and then get the best version :D

the american version has widescreen AND fullscreen on one dvd! so the pictures obviously going to be not as good as it could be, so the Japanese and other regions will beat it for picture I am sure as they wont try to cram in 2 films on 1 dvd.

I own the 1st Resident Evil german 2 dvd edition and its the best version in the world as far as I know, more extras and DTS and superb picture too (and some nice packaging) so I hope the 2nd film is done justice in germany and that its better than the rest of the world.

You should be safe. All the major Korean-etailers (DVDAsian, Koreandvds and dvdfromkorea) have confirmed an English DTS track.

Safe a few pennies over the Japanese DVD. ;)
