Aw SHIT you're right. I was looking at the guy in the middle and thought it was Robert Carlyle, but yeah, It's Judgement Night. I should have looked at the guy in in the back (from Ice Age).

Weird movie btw. A bit like one of those nightmares you sometimes might have where you keep being followed and cant escape. Wouldnt surprise me if that's where the idea came from.
