In my experience it's also 2/3 days from despatch to delivery. It depends on the postal service.

It usually takes about 2 days from order to despatch.

Hey,

If I get the right copy of Lady Vengeance say tomorrow, I won't pay anything "extra" for it right because I should have had it the first time? :)
I just want to make sure I'm not charged twice.

Did you receive two e-mails when ordering? One saying the order is confirmed one from Worldpay saying how much you paid.

Look at that e-mail and it will show you how much you've been charged. It should be the cost of the Korean DVD.

But no they won't charge you any more.

Huh? Thats odd, don't you get a screen saying
"You have added Product X to your basket - do you wish to Continue" or something?

It works for me. I find two things fix every problem I've ever had with CD WOW:

1. Delete your cookies (just the CD WOW ones if you want to)
2. Restart your PC

FYI Grim:

I received my korean 2-Disc Sympathy for Lady Vengeance today, and it is the right one. Sorry Grim, your case was an isolated one.

Now I'm just "that weird french guy with a cat avatar who comes to BnB once a year for no reason and then disappears again".

grim_tales wrote:Hey,

When I opened my CD-WOW package today (Lady Vengeance) I was puzzled.

a) I ordered the Korean 2 discer
b) They sent me the bloody HK DVD :?
It works both ways it seems.

I ordered this DVD for cheap as chips £3.99 (£2 vouchers included):

King Kong SINGLE DVD - http://www.cd-wow.com/detail_results_2. ... code=23288

They've sent me this:

Kong Kong FOUR DVD box set, £18.49 (£2 vouchers included): http://www.cd-wow.com/detail_results_2. ... code=23033

OMG I got a £18.49 box set for £3.99 :D . It's FOUR not THREE DVDS, also included is a woeful Colourised version + a 20 minute King Kong Documentary. Oh a nice booklet is included too.

I'm only interested in King Kong 1933 so when/if I trade it I should be able to make some lovely muller.

Someone needs to get fired but I say keep them on :D (sorry Grim)

Holy shit, that's awesome :D
You're damn lucky, Brad :)

(somewhere, right about now, some poor sap who paid almost 20 bucks for his 4 disc King Kong Box, is staring at his tiny little CD-Wow package with one lousy DVD in it... sobbing a bit, I'd imagine ... ;) )

That is really cool Brad, but just out of interest, can they ask for it back? Saying we sent you the wrong item.

@Yi-Long.... LOL :D

You were talking about ordering it too. Give it a go you may get the box set also.

Yep of course but you get charged straight away and it's been sent. It's very unlikely they're ever going to notice.

You used to be honest about this kind of thing but have been screwed by enough business' (of which is what CD WOW is) to no longer do this.

I sent back a duplicate copy of OUATIC3 to SplashDVD and we all know what sort of company they turned out to be.

Brad yeah I *may* get the boxset but what if I dont? :)
The R1 is clearly the best if you want the 1933 Kong with lots of goodies (the R2 is cheap though).
