Derailed rocks!!
As per title. Starring Clive Owen + Jennifer Aniston. It's playing at cinemas now (but the number of showings has drastically reduced this week at the Aberdeen Cineworld).
Fantastic entertainment basically. I'd give it a solid 4.5/5.
Ignore imdb. I usually agree with their ratings but I've no idea how the score can be this low. Maybe it'll become a cult title...

Mark Kermode really disliked it but he does think Jennifer Anniston out of the small screen isn't a very good actress.
I'd have to agree. She's supposed to be a femme fatale in this which I find very hard to believe.
I've never worked out why people find her that attractive. Good looking yes but stunning omg no. The babe in your siggy IM is more attractive.

Jennifer Anniston and Cult don't go together!BiscLimpkit wrote:Maybe it'll become a cult title...

That's a MAJOR spoiler of the film btw. If you know that then you may as well not watch this movie. It's like someone spoiling the Sixth Sense twist prior to watching the film.bradavon wrote:

Nevermind then.

Critics have slated this film whereas public reaction has been generally positive. I thought it was fun entertainment for sure.
And yeah you get to see a fair bit of Jen - she has a few surprisingly rauchy moments. I was quite surprised, thought she would be a bit more conservative. I have to say, her shower scene in Derailed was certainly an eye-opener.
PS: I made it up. She keeps her clothes on at all times. Melissa George on the other hand is mighty fine.

I never found the women on Friends all that attractive. The chicks on the dire spinoff Joey are totally differently kettle of fish though. Drea DeMatteo... PHWOAR! (The blonde neighbour is nice.)
*Yawn* The film looks like another predictable-as-hell by-the-numbers Hollywood thriller. Go watch Cronenberg's A History of Violence - now that ROCKS.
The new film from thriller from Spike Lee, Inside Man looks promising judgong from the trailer. A great cast too - Denzel Washington, Jodie Foster and Clive Owen. Spike Lee+Denzel has proved to be a great formula judging on past films - He Got Game was great IMO (haven't seen Malcolm X - would like to though).
