Let me explain how to get these discounts:

Original prices:

£2.99 or £4.99 per CD
£3.99 per DVD

The usual £1 voucher doesn't knock £1 off these sale prices BUT you can use the USA voucher to get CDs for £1.76 each.

BUT for DVD's the older £1 DVD Only voucher link still works so taking DVDs down from £3.99 to £1.99. The DVD Voucher you want is Number 2 in the Misc. section. It only works on DVDs!

Cancel the order and re-place it (you should be okay before the sale ends). I wouldn't bother for 81p (even per DVD) but I suspect you would.

I didn't think of using the $ voucher, that said in honesty it's pretty useless nowadays. It rarely works out cheaper.

Which titles did you go for?

I also went for The Manchurian Candidate. My Dad has it but for £1.99 I figured I may as well give it ago (with my own copy). The rest don't interest me.

The Manchurian Candidate (great film) and Napolian Dynamite which I havent seen, but it looks different and very interesting to me.

Hey they were shipped a few hours after ordering :) so I couldnt cancel anyway, but yes I probibly would have canceled as hey I could buy a dvd from cancelling 3 dvds, well worth it.

I prefer Greatest Hits CDs. Most albums contain filler. The best tracks are USUALLY the singles anyways.

You must buy some shit albums then :D nearly all the albums I have are all great, every track.

Greatest hits are shit as they are the poo that gets in the charts, nothing great about them ever. The thing is Anastasia is fairly good sometimes, but most her songs are bloody awful and you have to sit thru maybe 5 bad songs for every good one.

Both have there place for me.

Of course the albums are great but a greatest hits as well it usually contains the artists best stuff on the one CD. I could make my own but can't be arsed.

Plus you can't be a "true" fan until you own them all :D

Woh! I disagree there. It's a mixed bag, sure I agree to an extent but at the end of the day you don't know until you've heard them all.

Second post updated to show how to get:

CD's for £1.76 and DVD's for £1.99

Although it looks like the sale is almost over! With only the following titles left:

Jay Z: Fade To Black
The Manchurian Candidate (2004)
School Of Rock

p.s - The ANASTACIA CD is decent. As it's a Greatest Hits it contains her decent stuff and none of the fluff on the albums (not that the non-singles are just fluff).
