Not long a few days, if that.

I've ordered a few things out of stock from Play and I didn't notice any extra time to get my greasy mittens on my shiny friends :D

I'd just order it (if they're the cheapest).

No one can really answer that apart from Play, I have waited ages for some items, ask them is the only way to be sure, but really unless your desperate for it its not gonna kill ya.

I can only find it elsewhere at Amazon Brad, and they have a waiting time of 4-6 weeks (!)

Well you know what to do then don't you :)

EDIT: Hold up are you flipping nuts? It's £14.99 at Play (WTF???), try using dvdpricecheck.co.uk where you'll find it for £13.75 BUT OMG that's still expensive, here:

http://www.dvdpopcorn.com/DVDDetails.as ... ctID=49019

DVD Popcorn are a decent company. The UK R2 isn't £15 better than the R1 NO WAY, that's 3 times the price! (the R1 is fine btw, the UK R2 is just better), see here:

£5.33 (in stock) - http://www.dvdpacific.com/item.asp?ID=30955
£5.99 (in stock) - http://www.cd-wow.com/detail_results_2. ... ffid=13858

I'd go with CD WOW as you know what you're paying exactly. Besides no where seems to have the UK R2 in stock anyway.

See for yourself does the UK R2 look 3 times the price better? -

p.s - Really Grim you need to give other e-tailors a try, no offence but did you even check other UK R2 e-tailors apart from Amazon, CD WOW and Play? :D

Like the new avitar Brad :D

The R1 doesnt look too bad at all IMO - as for subtitles I really need more than 1 subtitle sample to compare. I'm sure theyd be fine :D

I'm not a fan of Chris Doyle's photography so to me neither set of images look so hot -- but I think the Aritifical Eye release is more accurate to the original intent.

Maybe but for 3 times the price it's not!

The subtitles are fine. I don't much like yellow subs but they're fine.

Chris Doyle is an awesome DP IMO (no not double penetration that's something very different :D )

p.s - I nabbed it off another forum Grim. It's a bit late really; I'll keep it up for the next week.

I agree the colours look better on the AE but its not worth paying £15 for that as you say Brad. The R1 looks pretty good.

Can you not check around for a cheaper price? Ebay, perhaps? I don't believe in rush buying if it's not the one you want.

Neither do I but it's not as if we're talking a huge difference here.

I did it for Grim but yes try eBay; £6.49 with 7 days to go:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 6469463455

You could be in luck and no one else wants it but I wouldn't go over £8.50 for it.

Good point. Grim get that one.

They're legit copies so it hardly makes any difference.
