Strange... I don't even remember that black and white scene, which looks so cartoonish to me. Gotta check the film out again. I remember that I loved it when I watched it on the plane to HK. Bought it there on DVD, but didn't watch it again since then.

The location gave it away for me. For some reason i specifically rememberd that location from Narc..and then when i realized the guy was holding a gun, i was pretty sure that was it
