Anyone got these?

Comments on languages, ratios, subs, etc.?

Not interested in the Best Of disc and i already have Taekwondo on the Shout! Angela Mao Collection. i'd wager it'll be the same transfer but maybe look a little better as it's the only film on the disc.

I have a soft spot for BEST because it was my first exposure to the Golden Harvest greats.

The old Universe DVD was letterboxed.

I have the Joy Sales DVD of STRIKES (which doesn't look too hot) and was hoping for some kind of improvement.

I had a look in the Liverpool HMV yesterday,no sign of either title.i had the joysales and i'm sure the Shout! release improved on that one.Despite my earlier comment you've got me nostalgic for the Best Of title

The Shout Factory release of When Tae kwon Do Strikes is a more recent transfer - but remixed

Has anyone got a reponse from MediumRare about technical things to be wary of? I'd write to them, but all my letters to HKL didn't achieve anything.

A post on Amazon states that both Mandarin tracks feature new sound effects.

Also, looks like they haven't converted to anamorphic properly, unless that's your pics? I can never remember how to take pics from DVDs properly.
