What is this film?

Hey,
This is a bit strange But I was trying to identify/place a film, it looked some obscure old school flick.
At a karaoke thing I went to today the "video" to one of the songs featured a girl fighting a dude in a gorilla suit (no, really), then another girl turns up with another gorilla, so you have 2 girls fightting 2 gorillas
Does anyone know what it might be? And yes I know it was a very unexpected video for a karaoke night

Since you guys know so much about HK cinema stuff I'm gonna try asking it here, since I don't want to make a new thread:

About 15 years ago I watched some HK action movie (don't really remember if it was HK as I was 10 or something, but it was definitely asian) and I clearly remember two scenes from it: the first one was police squad or some special forces training with paintball guns, the rule was that if you get hit once you are "dead", but one dude didn't play by the rules and got back all covered in paint. The second scene was in the elevator and there was a bad guy (main villain maybe) dressed as a priest. I think he killed one of the good guys.
The production of the movie was something like late 80's - early 90's (I could be wrong here since I've seen it ~15 years ago)

Anyone got any ideas?
