Whose against it?

When's it actually going to bloody happen? It's about time.

It really narks me off at 11 I have to go home or to some god awful night club (man I can't stand those). Especially when across the pond most people don't even go out until 10.

I'm for it, people caan only get so drunk before they fall unconcious or die and most of those that do will reach that stage at some point whether the closing time is 11 or 3... just more trade for the pubs

in summary, i dont believe it will make any difference to thhe problems of antisocial behaviour either way
