The picture HungFist posted appears to be a so called ”reaction image” common in image boards like 2chan and 4chan. I believe this one is used mostly to convey the emotion of surprise and/or the thought that something is random.

The word nigga doesn't actually mean a black person (in this context). It's the same deal as with the use of the word gay. One can for example call a new stupid EU decision gay without it having anything to do with gay people.

I can only guess why Hung thought this one is funny. The political climate has become very strange here in Finland and the new huge wave of immigrants has sharply divided the into pro and anti immigration camps. Jokes about those immigrants are very common. For example if you are stingy one might comment on that and say: Älä oo Neekeri/Somali, which is translated to Don't be a nigger/Somalian. You might gasp in horror that people of the north can be this culturally insensitive compared to your islam loving UK but we don't have the hundreds of years worth of foreign influence on our culture so it is natural that the change is faced with opposition.

Knowing Hung he's probably using this image to comment on the whole absurdity of this current state of the world, or the more likely scenario he's just being a retard and laughing at Spiderman facing a green nigga .
