Yeah, and according to recent news, the guy was a 'fan' of our own national idiot Geert Wilders, plus a christian-fundementalist or whatever.

There's also talk of potentially a 2nd attacker, but I guess we'll learn in time.

Shocking news indeed, but as always, seeds of hate are being planted in people's minds, and this kinda stuff is sadly a natural result...

The most shocking thing to me is how long it went on. The BBC article states "more than an hour", but I saw another source claiming it was three hours.

Yes, i`m glad the maniac was arrested. Too bad he didn`t put up a fight and so the police could have emptied a few magazines on him. I wouldn`t be suprised if he gets only a few years in one of our luxery prisons with tv and computer on his room.

Yes, that's the maximum punishment in Norway. Believe it or not. If he get`s sentenced to 21 years in prison, i don`t believe he will serve the full sentence.

That's sheer lunacy. Not even six months per victim. Is that all an innocent life is worth in Norway? I thought the UK system was screwed up. This bastard should face execution. Anyone convicted of terrorist murder should.

Execution is too lenient. I say string him up and torture him for the rest of his life.

At least in Finland every murderer is evaluated before relies if he can safely be around others if the evaluation is negative his sentence is continued. I believe there might be a similar system in Norway because I doubt this individual will ever be a "safe" citizen.

The other possibility is the insane asylum if he's deemed too crazy for normal society.

All the flags in Finland are Half-mast today because the tragedy in Norway.
