So I read some comments about how all Hard Target uncut releases are non-anamorphic, but there is one anamorphic version according to dvdcompare and that is Region 5 Lizard Cinema Trade DVD. So I checked around and found this DVD for download in one of the Russian torrent trackers.
Screens:
Audio:
English DD 5.1
Russian DD 5.1
Russian DTS 5.1
Pros:
*Anamorphic and uncut.
*Great video quality
Cons:
*No English subtitles
*No English DTS audio track
*Russian only DVD menu
The video quality is unusually good for a R5 release. In conclusion, if I'll be spending some summer time in Russia again I'll try to hunt this DVD down and maybe even pick a few extra copies for trading reasons.
The third shot is when Van Damme punches out the snake and bites off it's ass. The last one is when Douvee kills a guy with a bow and I think it was cut out from the R-rated version.
