Ohh you will be able to get rid of it, as there are many dipshits out therebradavon wrote:You reckon I won't be able to eBay it? Of course I'll be able to.
If the different colour timing isn't going to bother you then yeah.grim_tales wrote:Is the new BD worth the upgrade from the DVD though?
Get the old BD thengrim_tales wrote:I don't at all, I LIKE it. I just never bought the old BD.

You hate the colours that much? Maybe EE hell was a little OTT. It's certainly excessive but still perfectly watchable (it's hard bootleg quality) and yes it's easily better than the DVDs, repeating what I've previously said. Many people on forums tend to exaggerate things too.luckystars wrote:If the old BD really was that terrible (in motion, not just seeing a few screenshots) I'll stick with my 2 disc SE DVD

That's because online HK fandom is generally made up of over-reactive ignoramuses when it comes to the film transfers, hardly any of the HK naysayers ever saw their favourite films in the cinema and are usually just going on fuzzy memories of cheapo VHS releases from the 70s and 80s, and woe betide a DVD/BD distributor releases a product that dares to clash with their own subjective view of the film!luckystars wrote:If it was a HK movie people would be up in arms
