I liked the "Our Friend Zinc" one as well ("Think again before you shoot yourself in the head Jimmy, the bullet in your pistol was made from.. you guessed it, zinc!")

I remember there was also a funny one presented by Troy McClure about how cows went from the slaughterhouse to processed mince or something, may've been in the episode where Lisa became a vegetarian.

Oh yeah, the episode where Homer got sent to drunk-driving rehab class.

I've never been too good with remember quotes (unless I make an effort to memorise em, like I did with Army of Darkness - which pretty much all forgotten now), even when I've seen something several times.
