I am but I don't want to pay for lame movies. Scott also directed "A Good Year" and that's supposed to be rubbish.saltysam wrote:Thought you were a Ridley Scott fanboy Brad.i've not seen the movie but i'd be surprised if it was totally "lame".

The USA Proposition BD is around the same price but has stacks more extras:

I have the UK Tartan BD. It's perfectly fine but annoyingly Tartan didn't put most of the extras on it, that they put on the 2 Disc DVD release.

It's bloody fantastic. A true classic western. Eva loves it too. It's excellent. If you like your gritty westerns, you should be fine. It's certainly bloody.
As far as I know the USA and UK BDs have the same AV. Which is good, taking into account how it was filmed.

Cool
I read some review saying the audio is a bit poor - have you experienced that?

Re: The Blu-Ray movies under £7 thread
It sounds fine to me but I've not watched all the film, just sampled several key scenes to be honest. I watched it in the cinema. Poor in what way? It certainly sounded how I heard it during it's theatrical run.

The Proposition is an acquired taste.
I didn't like it or dislike it.
