This is something I absolutely REFUSE to do. Takes away all the magic for me...

bradavon if you didnt spend time on the internet, you would be able to watch films :)

and the thing is I can watch many films when I have to, and have time. For instance this weekend I could easily have watched loads, but didnt. I watched about 6 over the weekend and a TV show, as I pace myself with a TV show as they are shorter episodes and I can fit them into my life easier :)

as foar cutting up a film over many nights :| I wiuld rather never watch a film than ever have to do that. If I am tired I will turn a film off and go to bed, but no other way you could get me to span a film over more than one sitting, it does indeed ruin films.

I'm really tempted to, brilliant series :D
Nope, I thought the ending was rubbish and a real let down after quite a decent and original series, so I won't be buying the DVD.

I'll probably watch the second season just to find out what happens next, as none of the big plot points are tied up by the end of the first season...

IM how have you seen the ending? :)
I wound up missing a coupla episodes of Lost on TV so if I still like what I see, I will get the DVD. I dont often buy TV show DVDs (Simpsons/Red Dwarf aside) - but keep saying I'll get 24 one day ;)

Brass whats wrong with You've Got Mail? OK it shows Hollywood clearing out its old ideas cupboard (its an unofficial remake of Frank Capra's 1934 film The Shop Around The Corner) but still.
Watched a bit of it, not all though (dont care for rom-coms).

That would be telling! ;)

I would advise that 24 would be a better purchase than Lost to be honest. I've seen and loved all four seasons of 24 without being disappointed, but Lost was good right up until the last 3 or 4 episodes where I felt it just kind of lost its way...

That movie was better when it was called Sleepless in Seatle  , still sucked though.

Rom-com is such a manufactured pap genre, I have a soft spot for Richard Curtis films though.
