Apart from boosted contrast on the Region 1, I dont see much :) I prefer the brighter more colourful and black blacks region 1. Still ytou do loose a little detail when boosted blacks are like that, buy hey.

I agree with exactly what Romeoro says. Doesn't the R1 have dubtitles? It has more extras.

Subtitle-wise, region 2's are the best available.

Extras-wise, I'm sure both discs are fantastic.

Image-wise, DD is contrast boosted and has a slightly different palette. It depends really on what you want. I'd probably pick region 2's, but would be happy with either I suppose.

Too bad I didn't like the movie ;).

Image-wise, DD's is slightly better. And no, DD's release features subtitles. I can't say whether they're 100% accurate or not but they're definitely not dubtitles.

Extras are fairly similar, however DD's does port over the commentary (too bad I hate subtitled commentaries) and includes 2 exclusive featurettes totaling an extra 90 mins.

UK release sports its own exclusive Seoul Action School featurette.

Thanks Lee, about the subs. I'd rather have a subtitled commentary than no commentary. I don't tend to listen to them either, sometimes I do but I usually find them a bit of a bore.
