Looks good, but it'll depend on the action ultimately.

I personally didn't like it too much. I preferred Shanghai Noon/Knights, Rush Hours and Around the World to New Police Story. He spends way too much time crying IMO.

Yeah NPS wasnt so good, some nice stunt action. But overall as a movie it didnt really gel. Plus i hate Daniel Wu, and Nic Tse's role felt like such a tag on.

Daniel Wu often acts as a wooden dummy, so i can understand his feeling.

The way I see it, Daniel IS a wooden dummy, because he often plays in films, he doesn't wanto to be in, because producers and directors can easily convince him to be in their films. When this happens he plays weird.

In films he WANTS to be in, because he is interested in the story, he acts very good. He was good in films like "Purple Storm" or "One Night in Mongkok". But there is no way I could believe he appeared in "Around the World in 80 Days" because he liked the story. The reasons he accepted to be in this film are obvious. But I'd probably do the same. :D

The Myth's MV Video is online:

http://rapidshare.de/files/4194722/Myth001.avi.html

(as usual, sorry for not having better webspace).
I'm also sorry about the low quality of the video (nothing I can do about it).

The original files:
-Myth quicktime MV from JackieChan.com
-Endless Love MP3 version

What has been done:
-Reencoded the video to AVI.
-Rectified the aspect ratio.
-Removed the soundtrack.
-Replaced the soundtrack with the MP3.
-Resynched the MP3 to the AVI.

And TADAA !

File: 320x240 18,9mb.
Video: Xvid codec.
Audio: mp3 codec.

I may be new kid on the block around here but I'm jumping in to agree with you on this one! I am hoping he continues in this direction, he has the talent and the ability. And will be DELIGHTED if he stays away from Hollywood. They'll ruin him for sure.

Thanks! Caught up with "lostdragon" recently and he told me about this site. Per usual (we used to visit another site years ago), while reading a thread I thought something and sure enough there he was posting it! I have developed a real passion for Asian films after starting with Jackie Chan's movies. Now my collection keeps growing and with on-line DVD rentals being available to me I watch new films regularly. Feel sorta like the robot guy in "Short Circuit"...I too crave "input, INPUT!".
