This new Tsui Hark epic looks pretty good. I'm sure most of you have already seen this, but here is the link to the new Trailer.

I count 8 maybe 9 (that thin one next to the central big one).

This looks good but as per usual the WMV file is so low quality it's hard to tell.

How about making this thread the Official Seven Swords thread ? :D

FYI: Tsui Hark has confirmed that the theatrical cut of SS should be 2h30mins
and that the extended DVD cut should be 4 hours long (yes I DID say 4 HOURS) :D

Cool. 4 Hours could be a bad thing if this turns out to be a turkey.

I hope not it's about time Tsui Hark made a decent film again.

Isn't that all Tsui Hark shoots in?

It should really be Mandarin though.

Why ?

Most of the actors in the movie are cantonese-speakers.

Of course, for the sake of historical accuracy the movie should have been shot in Mandarin, but all the great wire-fu films were in cantonese (Swordsman 2, Iron Monkey, Butterfly and Sword, Flying Dagger).
