Trust me Yi, there is nothing relatively small about Pneumonia. Most people only get a mild case of it, but if you get it full it's a very serious condition. I used to know a chap who was in his 20s, big handy bastard and bouncer who was very fit and Pneumonia struck him while he was in hospital recovering from another illness. He beat it, but his lungs are fried, barely has the wind to talk and has to be hooked up to an oxygen tank for 30mins every day.
R.I.P Macster, can't say I've seen much of his stand up work - what I have I enjoyed, but I always liked his screen persona. I've even gone out of my way to watch DTV fluff like Guess Who? and Mr. 3000 because I knew he's make me laugh at least a handful of times.

Damn. Didnt know that. I always thought it was pretty well treatable/curable, if you catch it in time... but apparently not. Still a shame though.Shingster wrote:Trust me Yi, there is nothing relatively small about Pneumonia. Most people only get a mild case of it, but if you get it full it's a very serious condition. I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...
