So today is the day Universal drop all the prices of their HD-DVDs (except for Atonement). I figured we need a thread to post any bargains we spot.

I was interested at £10.99 but at £12.99 I am happy to wait.

There is this, but it's another $9 on top for shipping making them £8 each:

www.amazon.com is now selling Universal HD DVD titles at US$11.95 and US$16.95 (Combo discs).

This has turned into some Price Drop sale, the Three Bourne films and American Gangster. Is that it?

I'm certainly not bothered about not being able to cancel my Wherehouse.com order now, it's only 62p less.

Bourne Identity and Bourne Supremacy are still £7.49.

what are you going to do if the combo gets cancelled/turns out to be a piece of dogshit like the samsung?sell these discs you are buying anD rebuy on BD ?

I'm sure Universal are capable of creating a decent HD-DVD Combo but yes I maybe forced to sell the HD-DVDs and re-buy them on BD. The Combos I'll possibly keep for the DVD side.
