R1 is slightly better, but very close.

Audio:
R1 has much clearer audio.

Subs:
I prefer the R1 subs for this one, they seem mroe accurate and it's a dialogue heavy film.

Extras:
R1 has none, R2UK has an introduction.

Overall:
R1 - £30 buys you five good films and all with good transfers.
