I'll be going. But I have a monthly pass. It'd be rude not to go. 8)

I know I'm gonna feel like an idiot for asking this: but where do you see top films for a £1 and do you have to give head in return?

As I have said many times, UGC Unlimited pass, use it plenty of times and it gets very cheap.

Yeah, well that's not quite what you suggested.

You HAVE to sit thru piles of shite to get that kind of "value".

Seems little point me buying a pass as I doubt I could find that many films I'd want to sit thru.

That said, if my cinema was within walking distance, I'd maybe try it once... but it's not and even with the cheapo tickets it would still cost me a bomb to see films.

I imagine paying £6+ to see a film now and it makes me sick. I sit thru lots of films yes, but few, if any bad ones, so I am happy thats for sure :D

Last shit film I saw was The Divini Code, bollocks.

Who likes those kinds of films anyway, aside from Gary Glitter and Michael Jackson?

Plenty on this forum

I saw the WORST FILM OF THE YEAR (apprently, according to 99% of others out there, well mainly idiot reviewers) Balls of Fury in the cinema a week or two back, worst film? man some people have not seen many films in their tiny lives if they think thats one of the worst films of the year.

I do not expect AVP2 to be total shit, and hell I do not expect a great film that's for sure, but some reviewers love to talk shit and say WORST OF THE YEAR! they need to go and watch Street Fighter again for saying such silly things.

I want to see No Country for Old Men myself this Saturday, but my friend wants to see AVP2 first. Hopefully will see both the same day, but try convincing normal people to see a film which isnt a Big Blockbuster with CGI and cewl shit in'it.

I Saw Balls Of Fury months ago (see review thread) Romero it was rubbish :) An embarrassment for Maggie Q and Christopher Walken. the only thing in it's favour is it's not the worst of the year,i'll give that to the Fountain :D

What Romero forgets is that few people have as low standards for what's good (or not crap) as he does.

Most movies aren't that good. If they were then everyone would make films because it would be easy.
