That's what IMDB says.

Is that what it's known as in America? If so I'm sure they will.

hey,

other Shaw's from DD had their original titles intact (King Boxer, aka Five Fingers Of Death and 36th Chamber Of Shaolin aka Shaolin Master Killer). I expect this to have its title intact as well.

Those I presume have always been known under those titles in America though, right?

HK Flix often retains the US title regardless of what the box says. Dragon Dynasty so far has not meddled with the titles on the Shaws. Personally, since these are Chinese films, and not English films, I wouldn't be too bothered if DD changes the English title to the US one but I'd hate it if they did a Fortune Star and stuck an "AKA " on the actual title. I hope they continue to retain the official Shaw English titles

Off topic but there's a 1972 kung fu film with THREE export titles (not US retitles either!): The Good And The Bad AKA Tiger Vs. Dragon AKA Kung Fu The Invisible Fist. Make up your minds people!

Lol, 'The Good and the Bad' is the original HK title. An OK basher starring Chen Hsing.

Funny, I saw a Chinese poster that read Kung Fu The Invisible Fist in English under the chinese title. The pan'scan transfer on Movies24 is Tiger Vs. Dragon (export print) and the widescreen print avaliable from Crash Cinema is called Kung Fu The Invisible Fist (export print). Fun film, I enjoy it a lot

Damn print was turning a bit green though. At times it was like it'd been exposed to radiation

I was sure that was an export title.

Movies 24?? We have that channel. I thought they only showed TV/Cable movies(!) Any other Kung Fu on I should be aware of...?

Taped Shangai Joe last night. Looking forward to watching it

Not enough old school kung fu is on these cheapo channels. I remember one gambling channel used to show Legend Of Bruce Lee endlessly

Back on topic: I hope DD picks up the pace with their Shaw films. I want to see some Venoms!

Only martial arts-type movie I could find was:

Fast Getaway co-starring Cynthia Rothrock:

If Come Drink With Me is anamorphic I might double dip on this title or get rid of the IVL.

"Come Drink With Me" will definitely be anamorphic. Have HKL and DD ever produced a non-anamorphic DVD?

HKL and DD were anamorphic because they had access to the materials, extras were sometimes not.

I wouldn't bet on 'Come Drink With Me' being anamorphic.

the most important part of the hkl Game Of Death disc, the 40 minutes of Bruce Lee footage was non-anamorphic. disgraceful as my artport dvd containing the same footage was anamorphic.

These are apparently new HD masters, not recycles of the old non-anamorphic PAL masters
