Overall the UE looks better on a big screen cos of the less grain and MPEG artifacts but I question the colour timing on Bond's face in the lift fight!

Also yet again the credits have been squashed a little, its very obvious on the picture of the Cat which is the start of the Credits sequence, unless the SE is squashed which I don't think so, even though on the SE the final shot it does look a bit fat.

Do you own all the Bond SEs? Are you going to keep them?

The UE is better but the SE is also good.

I do indeed have the SE's, I did put it on ebay once but it didn't go for what I wanted it to and to make it worse many others got far more than mine, even afterwards!

Overall the UE is slightly better on most caps, except the one with the squashed pussy and the one in which Bond turns into a beetroot.

Back to business, the UE does have some filtering done on grain as the Cat now looks soft and lacking fine detail, look at its whisker's.

Whoever did the colour correction on the lift fight should be shot as both Bond and Peter Franks look like they'been out in the sun for 8 hours non stop.

If you could see the new Dr.No's transfer, you will be surprised.

Well, SE is sharper but that could be down to very slight edge enhancement.

Damn those fuckers in the colour-department!

My copy of the R1 UE doesn't have that huge red hue in Bond's face during the lift fight.
