Macross Plus R2J HD Remaster vs BD-J (OVA 1)

Comparison between the 2007 remaster, and 2013's Blu-ray. Focus is on OVA 1, highlighting Isamu's opening skirmish. Unlike Cowboy Bebop, Macross Blu-ray appears to use its HD Remaster, albeit in a bigger space. Dub is highly overrated however, and average at best- nothing like Porco Rosso or Valley, but more in line with titles such as Perfect Blue or GiTS. Bryan Cranston is fine, but actor's voice doesn't match the character's personality. I.e. Dad voice in a jock's body.
