I'll wait for reviews. No point in buying the boxset IMO. If they've somehow managed to find a genuine Mono track and then switch to a downmix for the extended scenes or something, I can live with the extended version. Not ideal but there you go (I'll still keep the theatrical cut, maybe make my own Combo pack if it ever gets seperately released in the US).

It's a significantly longer film than the other two so it sounds to me like they've gone with LPCM Mono for the first two and only a lossy DD1.0 track for TGTBTU, but hey look on the bright side: At least illiterate Spaniards, Mexicans, Frenchmen, & French-Canadians who live in the US but can't speak a word of English get to enjoy this release!
The new remaster of TGTBATU looks really nice IMO, rather yellow but was that it how it originally looked? I dont know
Definitely upgrading based on the transfer at least which has amazing detail.
Clint Eastwood set coming out in the UK including a few first time on Blu titles, deffo want Play Misty For Me & Eiger Sanction, possibly Beguiled, i've already got single releases of some of the others though and the box looks very unwieldy
Pray for Death is a fave among Sho Kosugi fans, but if you're not already a fan, I'd approach with caution, especially if it's pricey. I've seen it uncut; it's not a bad martial arts-revenge flick, though I've never been a fan of Kosugi's oeuvre. I would suggest trying to find a watchable copy online before taking the plunge.
