Put the crack-pipe down Tom!tom2681 wrote:Hale and Delisle aren't actors, they're dubbing artists.
An actor is someone who can deliver a performance without saying anything. Think Anthony Hopkins.
Speech is only 50% of the acting.
When you watch a dubbed film, you're still getting half a performance.
Have you found a HD Disc Review? Post it here!

Every guy who's on Youtube is an actor, then?Shingster wrote:Anyone who gives a performance is an actor, doesn't matter if it is audio-only, or a silent physical performance.
And they say I'm full of shit...
I used to be "the man who loves the movies you hate".
Now I'm just "that weird french guy with a cat avatar who comes to BnB once a year for no reason and then disappears again".

lol well obviously I was talking in the professional context, duh! But any dickhead off YouTube can give a performance in a film/play/animation and be at least credited as an actor, yes. Doesn't make them a professional actor of course, but either way we are a long way from Eva's original point, the people he listed are professional voice actors. The Mummy Returns BD:

What's important here is how Universal are handling their re-releases instead of the film itself, which is rubbish

Pity the AV isn't too hot and annoyingly the Mono has been dropped. Thankfully at least it sounds like the DD5.1 is basically Mono anyway.
