good on ya mucker! now you can order more and feel better like I did. Its hard when your waiting 2 months etc, for a dvd, but once they ship some it does lull you back into the fold

I've ordered Battlestar G: Season 1 (R1) boxset a week ago, and still not recieved anything, not even a response to my email to say when is it likely to be shipped out

Its only a week, it not very long

if you are worred after 1 week, dont use cdwow at all as you should expect a lot longer than a week for some titles. I wouldnt get worried, its cdwow after all.

Normally with CD-WOW, they ship out the item quite quickly, I've used them quite alot and really this is the 1st time, I have been waiting for some sort of response from when the dvd will get shipped, this is after an email. I normally used to get emails saying, this title has been delayed, and we will ship it out.. blah blah, but this one, nothing has come through

I've found that too. They used to be quick but not at the moment. I trust I can still get a refund if I want to go elsewhere though.

I am getting delayed e-mails for about half my items. Items are still arriving eventually.

reported elsewhere that CD-WOW have been bought by aussie company Stomp Entertainment who are going to apparently pump money into and revive the business over the coming months 8)
