No I rented the R2.
Well maybe its more like 3.5/5, I often give ratings on the spur of the moment - my bad. I did mention it was OTT, maybe that was the point? The OTTness made it hard for me to take the film seriously TBH. If I see a film in one sitting I enjoy it more.

Since you're gonna change your rating out of request you may raise it to 4,5/5 next time

The action in Sex and Fury is excellent. I saved the two action scenes out to DivX.

the limited edition has some hardcore porno scenes inserted into the movie.,the vengeance edition drops these but is otherwise uncut.

Uncut version is called A Cruel Picture, and comes with a red cover.

Cut version is called They Call Her One Eye, and comes with a yellow cover.

Anyone remember what was the case with the director not wanting the film to be released on dvd?

Back when the dvd was being prepared the director kept harrassing Synapse, sending threats and claiming that they have no right to release the film against his wishes (they had the leagal rights, though) or something like this. I think Synapse even said the director had gone crazy

as it was released with the porn (there isn't much of it and it's fairly tame) then it's the director's intention surely?so this should be the version to buy.
