Pirates! is a Roman Polanski film that was released in 1986.

Although it did not reach the level of critical acclaim that it deserved, it has become a cult classic for fans of Pirate films.
It did bomb at the american boxoffice but it did OK in Europe.

Pirates! shits all over Pirates Of The Caribbean IMO.

There are only 3 editions of this film:
-A brazilian edition. Cropped to 1:78 but anamorphic.
-A german edition. Good quality but cut by 20 minutes.
-A polish edition. 2:35 anamorphic picture, uncut.
I used to be "the man who loves the movies you hate".
Now I'm just "that weird french guy with a cat avatar who comes to BnB once a year for no reason and then disappears again".

So, in other words, only one edition :)

And yes, my vision is back to normal, so on with the screengrab!

2 minutes that lasted. :)

Perhaps I should've been more obscure with choice of screenshot and/or film.

OK, judges, adjudicate. I see 11.54 (what the hell happened to BST?) for both Tom and LD. Granted, we can end this malarkey by letting Tom win, but is this to be drawn out with a point each, so we can have some fun with the CatMan? :D

As I have never had a chance of winning, I would like it known that I have only guessed twice in my entire time in this thread, and both times I've been correct :P
In terms of strike rates, I'm sure I'm winning :D

No problem whatsoever.
Two posts, one minute = 1 point each.

British Summer Time. It's not 12.05 here, it's currently 1.05.

Alright, what's going on now? I seemed to have entered some sort of timewarp, and not the good one with the singing and dancing.

Man, it's 2.10 over here and I'm still thinking whether I shall check out episodes 16 and 17 of the 5th season of "24".

(Italy / France / Germany)

Since this movie is known under at least 10 different names, all AKAs will be accepted for this one.
