Well going from that trailer it looks dire. Wirework hell, and even the starlett looks shitty looking and not even cute.

Still thats just a crap quality trailer :D

Watch it, you're talking about The Artist formerly known as Jeon Ji-Hyun here.

Otherwise that Teaser looks fuckin' epic. "Blood: The Last Vampire" is one of my most eagerly awaited movies at the moment (now that I definetely know that I'm going to see "Love Exposure" anytime soon, I can relax a little and concentrate on other projects in the making).

Those are Picture's, taken by a pyhotographer and nothing to do with the end film or trailer.

They are not in the crappy trailer which I was talking about :)

Gianna Jun almost looks like a spitting image from animated Saya:

No, defintely not ugly. But I'm not so sure about the Anime-Character.

What really matters is that she was voiced by Yuuki Kudoh

Ok, now it looks bad:

The original anime was great appart from most scenes featuring monsters and action. And now, in the live action, it seems like we have monsters and action x 10.

Hmmmm...

I'm sure it will appeal to the younger popcorn Buffy the Vampire crowd, but personally I really have no clue what to think about it yet. I like the 'look' of it (stylistically), but maybe the broken english and the story will completely ruin it.

Can go either way.

It certainly doesnt look as amateurishly low-budget as Dragon Ball or Street Fighter...

It looks dire judging from that trailer. I doubt that it'll be as bad as Street Fighter: Chun Li though.

That's good to hear. That means they havent dumbed it down or made it a kid-friendly flick, but it will probably be bloody. :)

"a large quantity of blood in evidence, which sprays from wounds in huge spurts with the strongest moments including the severing of a man’s arm and all of another man’s fingers, plus the close up sight of a sword piercing an eyeball."
